Zone targets for workouts

Instead of always relying on AI to generate workouts, allow the user to write workouts themselves with markup, similar to how they do in Intervals. Currently LeCoach allows users to edit existing workouts already this way, but not create new workouts.Can be combined with workout library and perhaps even ai generation. So find workout in library or generate via ai, then edit / confirm manually and submit to agenda.

Instead of always relying on AI to generate workouts, have the user search and find specific workouts from a library of proven workouts. With filters/search such as:<ol><li>training focus / zone / intensity</li><li>duration</li><li>text</li><li>special characteristics such as strength, high cadence etc.</li></ol>

With the current 7 zone system, a sweet spot workout can yield low zone score and subsequent workout execution if you’re in low threshold when the workout gets classified as tempo. It would be nice if the additional sweet spot power zone/workout target was brought over from intervals icu.

I want to make changes to my training plan after i have submitted it to the agenda. Intervals allows users to set yourself to unavailable, sick or injured. lecoach should take this into account when creating the plan but also when a user has a plan and then sets this. also allow the user to set/edit these kind of settings in lecoach directly and sync them to intervals.icu. <ol><li>allow user to set themselves unavailable, sick, injured in lecoach</li><li>automatically adapt existing plan to these statuses OR at least have lecoach suggest proactive changes</li><li>take unavailable into account when creating a plan</li></ol>User input: “I’m wondering if, before creating a training plan, we set “Unavailable” in Notes, Holiday, Sick, or Injured). It would be nice if the calculation could account for that and avoid the marked days.
